July..

Here are some things I should have posted about a little bit earlier...:

My parents visit:

My parents and Ester, Irene and Tuchi came over for a weeks visit, and thanks to their help I got a lot accomplished, thanks mommy for taking care of me, making yummy food, helping me with all the baby laundry, plus all the other things you did while you were here that made things easier for me! Thanks daddy for teaching me how to drive, and taking us out everywhere and helping with all the spanish embassy stuff, etc!!! Thanks Tete for being my sleeping companion when Nick was gone hahah, and for being so loving and fun! Thanks Irene and Tuchi for being so much fun and giving my baby/tummy so much attention!! I love you!

Katrina's Birthday:

Katrina is 19 now!!! I cant believe it!! oh for the days when we were still playing with the little paper dolls Anabel made for us! Love you have an awesome year Kat! and I enjoyed talking with you on the phone! Besitos!

Baby shower:

We had the baby shower the 26th of July on Monday, Clare hosted it and made a delicious dip, yum! Lots of my friends came and we chilled and had a good time :) and I got awesome presents from all of them, I've got such good friends :)... I dont have any good pics of the baby shower, maybe some that Clare took were ok...but I took a pic of most of the gifts I got...the ones I could fit on the table hehe

35 weeks pregnant:

I only have a few short weeks to go till I meet my handsome guy, Im pretty excited!!! Here's a pic of my belly at 34 weeks (ignore the face please :) )

Caney Creek Heroes: They started their two week tour of Texas this Monday, I dont have any pics of it to post yet, but Im sure I will have some down the line.

Well thats all regarding the Caney Creek Heroes, until they post some pix that I can then post here....

Spain: Two words: Spain ROCKS! And they did it, they won the world cup... something all Spaniards were ever waiting for ... I think the stars were Casillas and Villa, and they are the best looking too.....VIVaaaaaaa Espanaaaa!!!!!!!

The pillars of the Earth: I just found out on facebook that they are making a mini series of the novel pillars of the Earth starting by the end of this month, and im super excited about it, Im gonna read the book again before I start watching the series...to brush up on it. YAY!!

Visit: This weekend my parents and sisters (Tuchi, Irene and Ester) will be coming over to spend a week here with me, and im really looking forward to it, its gonna be FUN!! :P

My new thing: Hah ok this is gonna sound stupid, but my new thing is signing up to receive free samples in the mail, its awesome! And I love checking the mail to find a bunch of random free samples all for me.

And besides all that random stuff I just finished blabbing about, I've been doing lots of baby laundry, organizing..umm 'chilling' and other non-important things :)

Im already on my 33rd week, and Im only missing about 45 days for that special day when I get to meet my son face to face...It really is quite exciting!! Im gonna try taking more pics of my belly... And I'll be sure to post them when I take some.

And...since I saved best for last:

I love you baby! You're the best husband ever, and pretty soon you'll be the best father out there. Have fun, and I cant wait till you're back.

I think I have yet to realize all that it takes to not only be a mother, but be a good mother.

As the years pass by I am more and more impressed by the tremendous job my parents had in raising us kids.
I'm glad to have my mom as a role model of what I want to be as a mother, and I hope I can be as special to my son as she is to me.
I love you mommy! And appreciate all the little things you did for us, many that for sure went unnoticed at the time, but that I can see now.
